Foreign orders: Orders will be shipped US Mail Book Rate or M-BAG (surface rate). Shipping charges will be billed at actual cost. For surface rate foreign delivery, please allow 6-16 weeks. Air postage delivery will be charged at actual cost.

Prices do not include shipping or sales tax. Only orders shipped within the state of California are subject to an 8% state sales tax. All items are offered subject to prior sale. Online, telephone, fax, or e-mail orders are encouraged, and your order will be confirmed as soon as possible. Payment in US dollars by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted. There is a $10.00 minimum per order for credit card orders.
Institutional customers with established accounts can be billed, with payment due upon receipt of the books.
Domestic orders: Orders will be shipped U.S. Media Mail or Bound Printed Matter (surface rate). Shipping charges are US$4.00 for the first book and US$1.00 for each additional title. Please allow 5-14 days for delivery within the United St
ates. Air rate delivery, or insurance (if requested), will be charged at actual cost.
Ask before ordering. Unless previously arranged, all sales are final. Previous ownership inscriptions on endpapers and covers not noted. All titles are presumed first editions unless (date) is in parenthesis. Bindings are either cloth or paper covered boards unless stated "wp",
indicating soft bound or paperback.
One (1) to four (4) books in one order receive no discount from catalog list prices.
Five (5) to nine (9) books in one order receive a 10% discount.
Ten (10) to fourteen (14) books in one order receive a 15% discount.
Fifteen (15) or more books in one order receive a 20% discount.
